# Investment Strategy

BlockEstate's investment strategy focuses on high yielding real estate properties in touristic areas worldwide.

Our real estate team has vetted multiple properties for countries like Egypt, Spain, Greece, Thailand and the US. The community of token holders will decide which of these to acquire first through a snapshot vote.

All of the acquired properties will be rented out on AirBnB and profits is distributed through our staking smart contract.
